Sorry guys, but I got burnt out the last couple of days. I’ve been doing commissions (Another Gallery), Working Full Time and haven’t done anything fun or lazy for the past couple of weeks… hence, I’m FRIED. Each time I tried to play ME2 or some other game, I quickly found myself without enough time to wade through all the freakin’ dialogue to even get to the fun part. So, even my idea of relaxation was totally nixed.
Tried Dragon Age yesterday… same thing. It’s funny how games either seem, too frustrating, or too wordy now-a-days.
Sure, I love me some story… but not when it takes 40+ minutes to get to the ACTUAL GAME.
Regardless, here’s the first panel of the two in the next page! I’ll try to get some more updates in to make up for the ones I have missed.

Alright, so… I formatted my PC, and updated to Windows 7. In the process, all of my pages somehow didn’t get copied along with everything else. I’m furious, as you might expect.
Thankfully, there may be a solution. I am presently running a data recovery for all sectors.
I’ll get back to you with more information ASAP.

Yep, it’s as Kinky as it sounds: I’ve had my hands all over my Mass Effect 2 Collector’s Edition for the past few days. And during what would otherwise be referred to as my “free time”, I have been held captive by the wonderful butterfly effect caused by all the little choices I made in the first game. Unfortunately, while I will not stop playing the game anytime soon, I do have some issues with it.
Since this is still a place for my comic, I’ll keep this short. All of the issues I have with the game all pertain to the same thing: Making the player base happy. This is of course perfectly fine and much appreciated by all, until the game itself actually suffers for it. Veteran players of Mass Effect 1 will find that a few of their difficult choices, especially the relationship ones, have actually been made weightless in attempt to make Mass Effect 2 it’s own experience.
This would be perfectly fine, had we not LIKED making those choices to begin with. It would also be easier to take ME2 as it’s own game, if the main story wasn’t just one gigantic pile of side-trips. Regardless, I still think it’s totally badass… and won’t stop playing, as stated before, anytime soon. xD

So… to catch you all up to speed: I’ve been sick this entire past week and weekend with two inner infections, a host of medicinal side-effects and am now grappling with a vast personal issue. To say the least.
That means that this week’s update will be LATE… not that I really had a set schedule before now other than “Updates Every Week.”
